For most of my adult life, I lived what looked like a “normal” and relatively successful path, an eight-year corporate career, steady progress, and conventional goals.

Around 2019, I experienced what I now understand as a profound inner reckoning, it was impossible to ignore how disconnected, unfulfilled, and out of alignment I felt.

My search for meaning led me into the work of presence and consciousness through teachings such as Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now and A New Earth. In 2023, I made the choice to step away from my corporate life and devote myself fully to inner exploration and healing.

Over the past several years, I have immersed myself in mindfulness, meditation, devotional practices, retreats, workshops, and therapeutic modalities. This included deep inner work, shadow integration, and spiritual study, alongside disciplined meditation training and embodied practice.

Today, my work is rooted not in concepts, but in lived experience. I continue my meditation training through Paramahansa Yogananda’s Self-Realization Fellowship and I share my journey openly through my YouTube channel, Journey With Paloma, creating a grounded, honest space for fellow seekers.

My role is to gently guide you back into a sense of coming home, where clarity, flow, and joy arise naturally.
